Refund policy
At Heavenly Cart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we operate on a dropshipping model, please note our specific guidelines:

Return Window: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Items: Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately with photos/videos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right (replacement or full refund).

Return Shipping: If the return is due to a change of mind (not a fault of the store), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
